Note: After the realization of the first enrollment period, for the unfilled positions at the faculties, ie the study programs, the University will publish on the website a number of vacancies for enrollment in the second enrollment period in the academic year 2023/2024. After the realization of the second enrollment period, for the unfilled positions at the faculties, ie the study programs, the number of vacancies for enrollment in the third enrollment period in the academic year 2023/2024, will be published on the websites of the units Application documents: Before applying within the deadlines set by the Competition, each interested candidate should register on www.upisi.ukim.mk and fill in the electronic application from the iKnow system. The number that the candidate automatically received from the electronic application system should be entered in the application that is submitted when applying for enrollment. The application of candidates is done electronically, by sending an e-mail to one of the electronic addresses that the faculties will publish for the application of the candidates. In the subject of the e-mail, the candidates state the number that was automatically generated by the electronic registration system. In addition to the application, the following scanned documents should be attached (in Attach File): | - Application for enrollment (form A1)
- Electronic application (from the iKnow system)
- Original certificates from all classes
- Document for passed state matura exam (original certificate for completed secondary education)
- Birth certificate
- Proof of citizenship of RNM (certificate or decision)
- Confirmation of payment:
| - Administrative fee in the amount of 50.00 denars (form PP 50: Name of the recipient: Treasury account-Skopje; Bank of the recipient: NBRSM; Transaction account 100-0000000-630-95; Payment account 840-XXX-03161; Account 722313 00)
- 300 denars on the bank account of the faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills are not checked
- 500 denars on the bank account of the faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills of one subject are checked
- 1000 denars on the bank account of the faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills of several subjects are checked (the Faculty of Music and the Faculty of Fine Arts), i.e. 1500 denars at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts.

Candidates applying for enrollment as part-time students must attach, in addition to the above, the documents listed in Chapter VI, item 3.
Applicants will receive an automatic confirmation that the e-mail has been received and that the application has been duly submitted.
The units will publish on their bulletin boards the deadlines within which the candidates will have to submit the original application and registration documents. When enrolling, the accepted candidates submit: | - Index, student ID and application forms
- Three photograps (two photos with dimensions 3.5x4.5 and one with dimensions 2x3)
- Certificate for paid 750 denars for informative, informational, cultural and sports activities of the students of the University "St. Cyril and Methodius“ in Skopje, with the indication ICSA of UCIM, _______ (to indicate the faculty - holder of the study program), on the bank account 10000000000063095 depositor: NBRNM, with the account of the budget user 1600103689 788 18 income code 723012.

The fee from the previous paragraph of this item is submitted by all admitted candidates, in all categories of students (including students exempted from paying co-payment and co-financing, on various grounds). This fee is paid by the students every academic year, when enrolling in the winter semester.
